On September 11, 2001, I was on the bus heading to school. I didn't really know what was going on at the time.

I remember where I was when I heard the news of the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Centers. My older brother, younger sister, and I were driving to school when the announcer on the radio relayed the message to his listening audience.

On September 11th, 2001, I was in a junior high tech ed class. I can remember when the teacher turned on the TV and the shock that came over everyone. No one could believe what was happening, including myself.

When I first heard about the 9/11 attacks, I was in 6th grade in Bismarck, at my elementary school, Solheim. My parents took me to school that morning and forwarned me about the start of that tragic event. It didn't seem to dawn on me how major this was until we all came inside, sat in our desks, and saw what was on the television. I was in such shock, as was everyone else.

On 9/11 I was in school at Concordia College. There was confusion as to why classes were cancelled. Once we figured out what was going on, we spent the whole day watching the news.

The morning of 9/11 I was a the gym running on the tredmill watching the TV without any sound. I saw the towers on fire , but did not realize what happened. It was not till a few hours latter I learned what happened.

I was in my classroom in the fourth or fith grade, it's a little hard to remember. I remember being confused because our principal didn't make it seem like a big deal when he went on the loudspeaker and said some people in a plane got hurt.

I was 11 years old, a 6th grader in West Fargo. I was in class, when one of my classmates told the class about it. I kinda blow it off at the time because i never heard of the twin towers. I started to figure out how big a deal it was once i got home and my parents were talking about it and it was all over the tv.

I was in 5th grade in elementary school in Mt. Pleasant MI on 9/11. Our class just got in from recess when our teachers were told to turn on the tvs immediately. We were all so confused and it wasn't until I got home that day and my parents explained what happened that I realized the gravity of what actually happened to the twin towers.

When i heard about 9/11, I was in me eightth grade english class. My teacher came into the room crying and turned the tv on. she explained what was happening and let us watch ne news for the rest of the period.

On Setember 11th 2001, when the tragedy struck, I was in primary school in Trinidad. We were completing some class assignments, when all of a sudden there was the shocking announcment of what had occured. We were all in awe and didn't know how to react

I remember it somewhat clearly, I was int he fifth grade and we we're going through our math lesson. I was frazled trying to understand the equation wehn another teacher walking into the room and briefly spoke to my own. My classmates and I watched as her face dropped but they said not a word to us. Soon they wheeling in a TV cart and we all watched in horror as the historical travesty took place.

Sitting in class an anoucment came on over the intercom. A shakey voice came and we had been attacked in our homeland.

On September 11, I was in 7th grade at school when it happened. They made an announcement over the intercom, and we then turned on the tv's in our classrooms and kept them on the rest of the day.

I was in 7th grade at the time. All the teachers tried keeping it quite to us on what had happened. A few teachers didn't follow through on this. Through out the day we got bits and pieces of what had happened, but didn't understand fully until i got home.

On 9/11 at around 10:00 a.m. I just had walked into wood shop. There were the twin towers on the tv up in black smoke. I didn't know what was going on until the instructor had made an announcement.

9/11 is nothing but the product of the violence that ensures the failure of the human race. If we do not learn from history we are doomed to repeat it, but unfortunately people repeat it every single day. religion and beliefs in general tend to blind people. Nevertheless, to reflect is just giving the enemy what they want. The point of tragedy is to overcome and ultimately forget about the pain caused. Hopefully the perpetrators will learn from their mistakes and gain a new respect for the lives of innocent people, but that is unlikely.

9/11 happeneed a few years ago but hasn't lost it's feeling with most americans. On that day I was sitting in my 5th grade classroom.

When 9/11 occured I was in class during the fifth grade. When I found out I was mainly is disbelief that the twin towers were hit by airplanes. I was expecting more of just a bomb threat if anything, but after seeing the footage I was completly shocked.

Eight years ago today my dad and I were on our way to my 5th grade class when it was announched ver the radio that a plane had collided with the WWorld Trade Towers. Remembering 9/11 is not about the towers or the hijackers, it is about remembering the 3,00 plus lives that ended and the millions of American lives that would never be the same.

I was getting dropped off at school when I heard the news. The twin towers had been attacked. At first I didn't realize what this meant to America but as the day went on and all day we learned about how this was going to be a day that we will never forget.

I remebern I was still in junior high, we learned what was happening through various TVs that were on throughout the school. I understood little about the event at the time, it wasn't until later that i learned all that happened. Although it was extraordinary to observe, our small town was effected very little.
